# How to Start

A brief rundown of setting up your BananaFarm and the basic functions of the dApp

To get started, you’ll need BNB in a Web3-compatible wallet like MetaMask or Trust Wallet. Make sure your wallet is connected to the Binance Smart Chain network.

Visit the BananaFarm dApp at bananafarm.apeescape.io using your Web3-enabled browser. Enter the amount of BNB you want to use to hire apes, then hit “Buy Apes” and just like that, your BananaFarm is up and running!\

**Basic Functions**

**Buy Apes** – Use BNB to hire apes and kickstart your banana production.

**Hire More Apes (Compound)** – Reinvest your bananas to grow your workforce and increase daily banana yield.

**Sell Bananas** – Convert your harvested bananas back into BNB and earn passive income!
